T-UK Leeds Grading

On Thursday 16thJuly, T-UK Leeds had its final grading at Fulneck School prior to moving to our new premises. As usual, the grading was overseen by Master James Miley who travelled across from Manchester for the evening. Emma assisted as she was unable to run the grading due to a really sore throat.

Maya and Elaine demonstrated for some of the less confident students to follow. Each group took it in turn to grade as we went through some pattern row work, technical kicking, the pattern itself, fixed sparring, free sparring and questions. The more senior guys also had to break.

Everyone performed really well and all watching were impressed by the effort and standard of the students. Huge thanks to Master Miley for coming down and grading everyone, thanks to Emma, Elaine and Maya for helping out and thank to the parents for all their continued support.

Finally, thanks to all the students who graded. You all did an excellent job. Well done all.
